The fermented mash is doubly distilled slowly with great care in superb copper stills. Plum brandy develops intense headnotes and highly characteristic, delicate flavors. Intimating a subtle scent of plum, aeration enhances the aroma to a stony delight.
Entry is sweet, ripe, and intensely plum. The mid-palate is long, medium-fat, and oily. A crescendo with a tip of spirit on the tongue and a delectable ripeness. The Golden Plum is aged in carefully hand-selected oak barrique barrels for an exquisite finish.
